Board of Directors

Destin Harvest’s Board of Directors have not only financed our every-day operations since our beginning in 2007, they also provide Destin Harvest with the services and expertise needed to run a successful charity. Destin Harvest receives a large amount of support from Harbor Docks and other charitable organizations. Destin Harvest would not be operational with out the help of the special folks who keep us alive!

Networking Local Charitable Organizations

Destin Harvest sustains a continual relationship with over 27 feeding programs,  including soup kitchens, food pantries,  shelters and rehabilitation facilities within Okaloosa County. DH strives to supplement these feeding programs effectively, by providing each agency with the right foods needed and allowing those same agencies to stretch their dollar as far as they can with their existing projects.

Okaloosa Walton Homeless Continuum of Care is a central community of non profit organizations in Ft Walton Beach that deals directly with homelessness in Okaloosa County. Social service agencies in Okaloosa county, that work with homelessness and homeless prevention, benefit from up-to-date relevant information on homelessness that OWHCC is able to provide.

Destin Harvest benefits from Okaloosa Walton Homeless Continuum of Care by receiving, a better understanding of each organization’s individual needs and important information that keeps DH on the pulse of the community. Destin Harvest cannot assist the community as effectively without the help of such a beautiful network of awesome organizations.
